A flagship program specifically designed to recruit and develop young individuals who have the potential to become the future leaders, the objective of Danareksa Next Apprentice Program (“DNA Program”) is to Foster Cross-Functional Expertise who have deep understanding of the various industries and functions within the company, as well as managerial skills through extensive learning experience and exposure to various aspects in multi sector industries.

Phase 1: Initial Screening

Screening of candidates who apply for the Danareksa DNA Management Trainee program

Phase 2: Online Assessment

Evaluation through an online test to assess the candidates' abilities and potential

Phase 3: Online Bootcamp dan Wawancara HR

A 2-days online bootcamp followed by an interview with the Human Resources team

Phase 4: User Interview

Direct interview with division leaders or relevant user departments.

Phase 5: Final Candidate Announcement

Announcement of candidates who successfully passed as Management Trainees

Requirements and Qualifications for Danareksa Next Apprentice

General Requirements:

Minimum GPA of 3,25
Bachelor's degree holders with a maximum age of 25 years or Master’s degree holders with a maximum age of 28 years.
Never been married, and does not plan to get married during the first year of the Management Trainee Program.
Must not have any immediate family members (e.g. parents or sibling or spouse) currently working at PT Danareksa (Persero).
Willing to be relocated across any region in Indonesia as required by the company.

Skills-Related Requirements:

Demonstrated academic excellence and active participation in non-academic activities that showcase leadership, teamwork, or initiative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Able to understand, embody, and implement AKHLAK Core Values (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, Kolaboratif) in daily work and conduct.
