Requirements and Qualifications for Danareksa Next Apprentice

General Requirements:

  1. Minimum GPA of 3,25
  2. Bachelor's degree holders with a maximum age of 25 years or Master’s degree holders with a maximum age of 28 years.
  3. Never been married, and does not plan to get married during the first year of the Management Trainee Program.
  4. Must not have any immediate family members (e.g. parents or sibling or spouse) currently working at PT Danareksa (Persero).
  5. Willing to be relocated across any region in Indonesia as required by the company.

Skills-Related Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated academic excellence and active participation in non-academic activities that showcase leadership, teamwork, or initiative.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Able to understand, embody, and implement AKHLAK Core Values (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, Kolaboratif) in daily work and conduct.

Danareksa Next Apprentice, known as the Management Trainee Program, is a career development program for fresh graduates and young professionals. This program is designed to equip participants with leadership and business skills through a series of training, business rotations, and innovative projects.

The selection process begins with the online assessment stage. All participants will gain access to the assessment dashboard to complete the assessments

After passing the initial screening, you will receive login information to access the assessment dashboard on our platform. Please log in using the email and password you registered with.

The assessment dashboard contains 3 sub-menus that you must complete:

  • Status: Track your assessment progress.
  • Profiling: Fill in your personal information and career profile.
  • Assessment: Take tests and evaluations to measure your capabilities.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, an appropriate device (it is recommended to use a laptop or computer), and allocate sufficient time to complete the assessment without interruption.

Yes, because we require strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

No, you can complete each part of the assessment in segments. Each section can be saved so you can continue later. However, note that once you begin a section, you must complete it within the given time limit. If you choose to complete all sections at once, the process will take approximately 3-4 hours.

Each part of the assessment has its own time limit. Be sure to complete each section within the given time. However, the overall deadline to complete the entire assessment and finalize your registration for this program is October 23, 2024, at 11:59 PM WIB.

No, the assessment cannot be retaken once it is completed or if the time has expired. Ensure you answer all questions or statements carefully and review each section before submitting your answers.
